U2 is one of those foreign bands I truly admire because of their deep dedication to amnesty international, support for aung san suu kyi (free burma), for greenpeace and for AIDS prevention and awareness (www.amnesty.org.uk; www.burmacampaign.org.uk; www.greenpeace.org; www.one.org)..admirable and inspiring!

U2 is composed of Bono on vocals and guitars; The Edge on guitar, vocals and piano; Adam Clayton on bass guitar; and Larry Mullen, Jr. on drums and percussion.

Though I won’t have the chance to watch their concert here in Manila, “angels” of MCA records and NU 107 gave me a copy of their new cd and also won another full cd with exclusives! I am currently LSS-ing on their hit “Get On Your Boots”. “Magnificent” is also a favorite because of the lyrics as well as “Cedars of Lebanon”. So grab a copy now and do go to their Manila concert..its worth it!
