I received a message from Ms. Lorelie Dionisio-Piravalasamy for Miss You Like Crazy premiere at Trinoma (Feb. 23, Tuesday; 4pm) and then another from one of their sponsor’s pr for the same day at Megamall (Feb. 23 Tuesday; 6pm)
Come February 23 (Tuesday), I was at Trinoma with my sister around 4pm and there was already a huge crowd waiting. We joined fellow bloggers with their companions near the stage and as each actor came, I clicked away. It was almost 6pm when the main actors arrived and we were escorted to enter the cinema but the dslr wasn’t allowed inside so I figured to catch the next screening and unlike fellow bloggers, I was too shy to ask for an extra ticket.

*(Megamall)
My sister and I proceeded to Megamall, procured the envelopes (supposed to be containing tickets) and met up with our nieces because blogger friend Leira was so kind to give her tickets to them. We clicked away on the red carpet again and was a bit concerned because of the huge crowd. Senior moment, I had rsvp’d for another event so my sister and I decided to leave our nieces and try to catch up later.
We were exiting the mall when my niece messaged that the “ticket” wasn’t accepted..long story short, they ended up going home since one of them is five months pregnant and the crowd was already going gaga.
At home, I discovered that the the envelope did not contain the “ticket for two” and immediately messaged the pr of the “negligence”. I admit I was livid because it is unacceptable and if anything happened to my pregnant nice, that “negligence” is the “proximate cause”. I spent two nights monitoring her and praying that her tummy’s stiffness won’t be a cause for anything untoward.

*(Robinsons Galleria) clockwise: Bea and John Lloyd arrives; With the Creative Team; John Lloyd writing “Thank You” on a rock; “Behind the scene” so to speak and A pose for the posterity
Feb. 24 (Wednesday), I received another invite from another pr for a block screening at Robinson’s Galleria Feb. 26 (Friday). I figured why not since its a block screening so no huge crowds. So at the said screening everything went well, I was seated right across John Lloyd and Bea during the mini-press conference, the creative staff was also there who shared the story behind the long wait for this movie to be filmed and of course, I happily clicked away.
After all that roller coaster experience, I want to watch it again because the story is very touching, original, the cinematography is great, the actors are very effective..oh, just because its a movie that will make the “unbeliever”, the “pessimistic”, the “hopeless” see that nothing is impossible when it coms to love..just BELIEVE!
