TGIFriday’s never cease to amaze me (Cheers Chef!)! A few weeks ago my sister and I had a lunch date with a dear friend at their Robinson’s Galleria branch.  I know, you might say my birthday month has been filled with TGIF eats and drinks..not complaining hehe! We tried their new lunch fare this time (Salmon, Chicken and Shrimp) plus  Caesar Salad (P365); I forgot the name of the dessert it was our alternative to their Mocha Mud Pie (P254) since it was not available but equally delish!

Their Caesar Salad was really fresh, crisp and the dressing as just right coupled with croutons; Their Salmon (right smack at the middle there) was moist and juicy; their chicken has a distinct taste sort of BBQ-teriyaki-ish (which my sister and I cannot put our finger on the actual ingredients and Chef won’t share hehe!); my Shrimp dish was chewy, sweet and sour-ish delightful; and our alternative to Mocha Mud Pie was chewy, moist, chocolaty good!

I ended up not sharing much of my Shrimp dish because it was so good that I actually forgot a business meeting slated at 3pm considering we started lunch around 1pm (hope they won’t get to read this hehe!).  need I say I highly recommend to troop to any of TGIFriday’s branch nearest you and “Like” their Facebook Page “We Love Friday’s” to get updated on the latest happenings!
