My pre-law course is Interior Design. I know quite strange huh? Would have been nice if a few cousins and I established a construction company because a few are civil engineers, an architect and of course, moi for the interiors. A family-owned company with us as board of directors haha!

Well, I notice that trade exhibits, events, movie premieres have totally changed with respect to usage of  truss, trade show flooring, banner stands, exhibit counters & cabinets, table covers, etc. (for example, http://www.camelbackdisplays.com/ has affordable trade show exhibits and accessories such as custom printed table covers and table top display).

Very innovative and practical especially with the floorings and the exhibit displays. Most are unbelievably lightweight, portable and superbly custom-made.  Interocking flooring, printed carpet, inlaid logos or art..of which I am amazed!

Back in design school we incorporate either rubber matting, the actual flooring (marble, tiles, etc.) or wood simulated paint. Truly art and science can work hand in hand. This may seem like blabbing but hey its my blog haha! Why not try and check out these innovations the next time you attend an event or see an exhibit.
