Our Lady of Manaoag’s surprise home visit

A blessed day indeed! My cousin, Ate Fely informed me this afternoon that will be visiting our home again. Might be the reason I canceled everything today..prayed thank you in silence. After a few hours my sister, Ate Mabelle entered after the regular feeding program held at our house and reiterated the information with an added exciting detail..it was not the image of the again, but theplus an overnight vigil and mass at 5:00 am.
Brief History:
Around 1610, a native man who was walking home heard a mysterious voice and was surprised to see a luminous on her right hand and a Child on her left standing on a cloud atop a tree. The man knelt and later told the people of the apparition. A church was built in the apparition’s site and the community was called rooted from the , thus the term, meaning “to call”.
The hilltop shrine of the and the image was canonically crowned by his Holiness Pope Pius XI on April 21, 1926. celebrated the Diamond Jubilee of her coronation on January 1, 2000.
