Please Help find Allen (Leo Allen Pangilinan)

HelpFindAllenPosterHe was last seen wearing this green striped polo shirt and khaki pants. He had his laptop, cellphone and ATM card. Friends say he could have withdrawn that day, as it was his company’s pay day.
He is 22 years old, around 5′4″ to 5′5″ tall and 120-130lbs.

“Allen is assumed safe. There are movements in his bank account. It is uncertain where he is, but it is assumed he is safe. However, the family would like to request the public to be patient with them and provide them the privacy that they are requesting for now.”
